This order form can be used to license
and register a single copy of The Office Manager. The license fee per
server is $350.00.
If you submit this form,
a charge for this amount will appear on your next credit
card statement. (Sales tax will be added to orders within Washington state.)
To complete the registration process you will need to know the
name of the server where The Office Manager is running. Click
here for instructions on determining the server name if you
don't already know what it is.
Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard.
Please note that we are not currently
able to offer a secure server for entering this information. If you
are uncomfortable submitting this information on a non-secure site
you can submit credit card information via fax or by phone. To do
this, select the appropriate option for the Payment Method below and
leave the card number blank. Then, submit the form with the rest of
the information filled in. Additional
