Koen Pacific is a classic example of, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”  They overcame the grave mistake of their former owner with the help of TOM Software.  This company has risen from the ashes of their parent company, Pacific Pipeline, to achieve great success.

Pacific Pipeline was a book distributor that used TOM products and built a very successful company.  The transactional based system was simple, effective and most important, dependable.  Their clients knew they could trust Pacific Pipeline to deliver their orders on time and correctly.  The owner had reached a status that most of us would love to be in, the company was so successful that he could hire others to run the company and he could enjoy life.  Unfortunately for him, the dream backfired.
